Pros
Definitely a positive, healthy work environment where the management gives you space to work while also being present whenever support is needed. Everyone gets along really well and even as a new person other employees are really welcoming and helpful. The benefits are really great, including all the health benefits and retirement. The management is also for the most part pro-wfh unless you need or want to go on-site. A lot of room for growth, many opportunities for recognition.
Cons
Salary isn't the highest, but the overall work environment and benefits kind of make up for it. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the salaries.
