      Having a good WFH policy Good CEO with a western-oriented culture, prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and transparency in business practices

      Cons

      The CT* is incompetent and mainly excels at playing politics, favoring the hiring of staff based on personal connections. If you are seeking an intelligent IT company, I advise against joining this one. The work environment is dreadful, reminiscent of a totalitarian regime. Your only option is to flatter the *TO, as any dissent may result in termination. Unfortunately, the *TO lacks knowledge and displays a typical Hong Kong boss mentality.
