Toxic management team - Recruitment Consultant Tecside Group Employee Review

Managers, I can not express how toxic and poor the leaders and managers are. Constant micro aggressions, every team meeting is filled with negative remarks. They implemented a wellness budget but that lined the pockets if the managers personal trainer. Staff asked for ergonomic chairs but was discreetly told no and frown upon when raised. 0 business development or care towards clients and also candidates. Almost impossible to get PPE to staff. When resigned was met with hostility and threats as moved to competitor. I can honestly not say a single positive from my experience at this place
