Pros
I recently heard the heartbreaking news that the company is going to close down. This news has been very difficult to process, as I was the second employee to join the company and began my career here. Over the years, I've witnessed us grow from a small team of just 3 people to a thriving group of 50 employees. Each milestone we achieved was a collective victory, and the bonds we formed here became like family. This company wasn’t just a job; it was my foundation, a place where I learned, grew, and connected. It's incredibly hard to imagine the end of something that meant so much to so many of us.
Cons
While Tecstub has offered numerous learning opportunities, there have also been ongoing challenges that have impacted the overall work environment. A significant issue has been the inconsistency in performance appraisals, which are often delayed or not conducted on time. This lack of timely recognition has affected morale, as many employees feel their hard work and contributions are overlooked, leading to frustration and decreased motivation over time. Communication gaps, especially regarding company goals and individual progress, have also been a point of concern. Without clear, regular feedback, it's been challenging to align with the company's objectives and feel truly valued within the organization. These factors, combined with a lack of structured growth opportunities, have made it difficult for employees to see a clear path forward, which is essential for career development.
