Employees except management and managers are good. Salary on time.
Cons
Worst management. Appraisal process is pathetic, no proper communication, not on time, no industry standard. If you will ask for the communication, HR will say you are getting your salary na? Everyone in the management got the position if that previous person left the organization. Politics is at peak. Managers are having their favorite. Buttering will make you get the opportunity. Reward and recognition is totally baised. Incompetent people are at top position further they will reward each other for doing nothing. Employees will not get the appraisal but management will. If you are charging the customer highest in the industry , are you paying the best salary in market to the consultant. Don't blow your trumpet. You are treated as a labour instead of professional.
