      Pros

      Good pay, Good Bonus, Lots of room to grow. Tecvalco provides a great professional work environment to all employees. The owner would bend over backwards for his employees, we are treated like family, with lots of respect.

      Cons

      No complaints so far, after 3 years of working here.

      Pros

      Great team on the production level that works together to meet demands.

      Cons

      Hot hot hot. Money is thrown into projects that seme to always end in "well that can't be used", but heaven forbid the employees ask for better compensation.
