Great staff and nice environment - Sales Assistant Ted Baker London Employee Review

I enjoyed working at Ted Baker, the staff and management were friendly and the store had a nice environment. There is comprehensive sales training with a 3 month probation period. Once you've passed probation you get access to a full uniform allowance (amount dependent on contracted hours) which renews every season. There is also the opportunity to earn commission through online sales which is a great way to increase earnings. The store I worked at was very flexible and accomodating with hours; however, I am aware this is not the case with every store.
