Pros
There are some lovely people that you get to work with. Office is amazing. Lots of really great benefits, including great discount Breakfast & Lunch subsidy is good.
Cons
Terrible management, very juvenile considering that the people in question have been there for a long period of time. Senior Management are very biased towards certain people, favouritism is a big problem at Ted. The "flat hierarchy" they talk about is absolutely not true. HR are involved in every minute detail of day to day life, it was stifling, and they were brought in if you disagreed with any decision (even when you are asked for your opinion). Salaries are way below average. CEO thinks it is okay so go round departmnets and shout at individuals because he doesnt like thier work. I witnessed this happen at least once a week since I started at Ted I really wouldn’t recommend working here, it looks good on your CV but for your sanity I would recommend looking elsewhere.
