      Bad team management, egoistic senior management, no flexibility in working from home, no HR team - everything is managed by the CEO, no real benefits, crazy demands, and internal staff are underpaid.

      Flexible Everyday is different Not a difficult job if you don't mind approaching people

      When I first started it was very well setup if you worked hard, there was a lot to be earned Then... Huge changes to the pay, lost over half my pay, bonuses, incentives. Huge changes to structure of week, less flexible, lost supermarket contract No New stores to sell in Poor management from middle to top
