Integrity is unmatched by any other company i've worked for, work life balance is always a priority and the ways we are overcoming isolation through remote work are inventive and relaxing. Any equipment needed to perform from home while working remotely was provided without question, and prior to Allstate closing our offices due to the pandemic as a requirement, we were offered the opportunity to go home if we felt safer, immediately. We interact with each other throughout the day with our messaging platform, and have remote "water cooler" breaks together when time and calls allow. I am grateful for a company that sees the value in investing in their employees, instead of exploiting them. I am grateful to work for this company that regularly check on how I am feeling and provides me resources to do better, be better and feel better.
