None at all....really. A bottom feeder in the pharma industry with a history of problems with the FDA.
Cons
Theodore Iorio (Copley Pharma co-founder) set up this family business that is now being run by his son Matthew. Matthew, a Oberlin College (Music major?) grad who was a semi-pro rally car driver for several years until daddy gave him a real job back in 2007, as Special Assistant to the President (Chief Pencil Sharpener). Within a couple of years this juggernaut of a "pharma executive" now runs the company! Spend 2 minutes with him and you'll wonder why he isn't at the corner garage mounting your snow tires. Yes truth is stranger than fiction!!
