The insurance is great if you survive the 90 day wait. The CEO lets people go based on his mood and will lie about the cause.
Cons
The CEO is the very definition of mercurial toward employees. He's arrogant, apparently never wrong, and extremely shady. The amount of turnover is INSANE. Do yourself a favor and run a LinkedIn search for former employees compared to current employees to see for yourself. Company tries to brand itself as an ally of underrepresented people's but there is absolutely no diversity. You can count the number of people of color with a couple fingers. The "diversity training" literally is LinkedIn modules. The sad part is that the leadership really considers themselves an ally of marginalized people by stating "gay owned". That means nothing as you can be gay and racist. This company has had many aggressions against marginalized peoples. The salaries are very much under-market. I don't exaggerate when I say you can make 10s of thousands working at a better company in a similar position.
