Pros
True that we went through two acquisitions in the last 2 years. All acquisitions are a bit painful, and one during a pandemic is even more strange. However, I had a feeling to stick around, am I'm SO glad I did. Leadership is fantastic. They truly care about the employees and it shows through them listening to any concerns and applying solutions quickly. Compensation is very good and the leaders do everything they can to equip you with the right tools to succeed. Working Remote is a huge plus as well.
Cons
A con could have been the acquisition but that has turned out great. I have seen a few negative reviews that were written shortly after the acquisition and during the pandemic. I personally think if they'd stuck around, their review would have looked much different.
