Pros
Good corporate culture where people are assets rather than costs. Within the company there are opportunities that pop up frequently and those can be used to boost the career.
Cons
Although the structure, sometimes, knows how to leverage the group’s portfolio of companies, this it is not always observed. Salaries are above average for Portugal economic and financial environment but still low for the type of responsibilities and duties.
