You will surely take the mental pressure of what’s going wrong without any work not being assigned to you. She can’t assign you a proper work. She can’t give you proper inputs if you initiate something. She doesn’t know the business completely being there for four years. But she knows how to blame others without anything coming against her. I can surely say joining her team will show you that you can never upskill and u just keep working on sql 2) Here no one shares anything completely. You have to fight for your answers. After sometime you come to know that there is no end to what you are doing as there is always an X missing 3) There is no designated work waiting for you.
