Highly biased HR practices — interns who frequently sent personal messages like "Good Morning" and "Good Night" to HR received unfair advantages, regardless of their actual performance. Favoritism over merit — even though I consistently performed better than other interns and went beyond in every task, my ranking was unfairly changed without justification. Unprofessional evaluation process — HR manipulated the final lists and other HRs covered for each other instead of addressing the issue. Management not accessible — when I tried to raise my concerns directly to the CEO, I was deliberately blocked by HR, and the CEO chose not to hear me out. My message to the COO was also seen and ignored. Toxic work culture — the environment is not based on fairness or growth. HR controls the process, and what they say ultimately happens, regardless of reality. False accusations — HR falsely spread that I misbehaved, which is entirely untrue. My respectful behavior is well known across multiple floors of the company.
