Pros

I've had an amazing journey at TekMedia, where innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being are truly valued. The company fosters a learning-driven culture, providing ample opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and take ownership of impactful projects. What stands out is the supportive leadership that encourages experimentation and professional growth. The work-life balance is well-maintained, with a healthy mix of challenges and flexibility. Additionally, the company's emphasis on team bonding activities, fitness initiatives, and knowledge-sharing sessions makes it an enjoyable workplace.

Cons

Growth is fast-paced, so adaptability is key!. Which means new projects, evolving processes, and shifting priorities. To thrive in such an environment, employees need to be adaptable, open to learning, and ready to take on new challenges.

Pros

Real work. Real ownership. The full depth of it. What stands out here isn't just the products you work on — it's how deep you go. From pre-studies and PoCs, through R&D and iterative builds, all the way to production deployment and post-launch support - you see the full lifecycle, not just a slice of it. not just entry level testing /bug-fixing. That end-to-end exposure is by design. There's a clear process built for the team, and it roots everyone - regardless of experience level - in how software actually goes from an idea to something running in production. Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience, the depth of work is yours to own. Experienced engineers will find enough complexity to stay genuinely challenged. Those earlier in their careers will be surprised by how much responsibility they're handed, and how quickly. Management is accessible and straightforward. You know where you stand, and you're given the room to grow. The culture is genuinely good too - sports, outings, festivals, team dinners. People here actually enjoy spending time together, and that shows in how the team works. If you want comfortable and predictable, probably not the right fit. If you want the full picture of how real software is built - this is the place.

Cons

The pace can be demanding, especially when managing multiple priorities or working through tight deadlines. Because of the level of ownership expected, there can be a steep learning curve for those who prefer highly structured or narrowly defined roles. Processes and products continue to evolve, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are important to succeed here.

Pros

If you want to actually learn how production software is built - this is the place. I came in as a fresher and was handed real problems from week one. Not toy tasks. Not shadow work. Actual systems that customers depend on. That's rare, and it shapes you faster than anything else could. The work spans genuinely different domains - media transport, IoT, security platforms. You won't just deepen in one stack. You'll be pushed across problem spaces, and that breadth adds up quickly. The culture is honest. People tell you when something isn't good enough, and you're better for it. You grow faster in an environment that holds a bar than one that just moves it. Beyond work - cricket, badminton, outings, festivals. The team actually spends time together, and it shows in how people work with each other.

Cons

Not the place for someone who wants comfortable and predictable. Very much the place for someone who wants to grow fast and do work that matters.
