      - Conjested Workplace, especially sitting area and washrooms - Kids appointed at senior management and leadership position - Bad Management and Business practices - Focus more on acquiring milestone sign off from client, rather than delivery value or working software. - No work life balance - Political environment especially in Project Management Department.
