They offer education assistance and are very friendly. The work environment is very comfortable, and everyone is open to any questions you may have or will help explain something if you are not too familiar with it.

I have not found any cons.

I currently work at Tekla Research and all of the people here are genuinely nice! Everyone is interested in how you are doing and if you need help with anything. Tekla also has many events and activities to make the employees feel more like family, which is what you get when you work here...another family. I personally love working here and don't dread coming in each morning. This is a disabled veteran small business where decisions are made quickly and everyone knows everyone.

This is a small business, so there aren't always as many opportunities as some of the larger companies in the business, but I consider the small business aspect to be more of a pro than a con. Even though there aren't as many opportunities, once you are in the company, you are able to move around and/or climb up. This is also a growing business, so more opportunities become available everyday. Tekla also really wants to help its employees, so they help them find a new job if they are unhappy here.
