Leadership is horrible. The guys running the machines have more knowledge and common sense than management be it corporate or plant level. Bad decisions and lack of knowledge by engineers has led this company into a deep hole. Employees with 30 years+ experience are not recognized or respected but the college educated technical people who screw up are promoted.
