No Bonuses, No Respect, No Appreciation •Training is poor and inconsistent; new employees are often set up to fail •Frequent mandatory Saturdays due to poor planning, leaving no real work-life balance •Benefits and PTO policies are inadequate, and requesting time off is treated as a problem, they will change as management pleases •Management is openly disrespectful and unprofessional, with zero accountability • Promotions and raises are based on favoritism, not performance or skill • Constant drama and hostility on the floor, encouraged by leadership’s refusal to deal with problem employees • Training is a joke; new hires are thrown to the wolves and blamed when things fail
