Pros
A good compnay to start, you will learn here a lot of things. best of thing here, you will get time to time appraisal which you will not see in other companies. I had got appraisal after 6 months. And 2nd things you will get a veteran techii a innovetor and a mentor type boss. You will learn a lot of things from your boss. You boss will not judge you based on your langauge and locality. Always encourge you to do something good. I am not saying that it is good company. Every company has some pros and cons. So this company has also some pros and cons. Currently i am working in another company and believe me. I have more knowledge if i compare me with current company employees who have more than 5 years experience. So just do hardwork and you will see your growth in this company. I had left this company, because there is a time like this come, at that time you feels bored and want to explore yourself, want more opportunities
Cons
I was working on my system and suddenly i got a mail and call from HR and i become unemployed in one sec along with my colleagues and other team member including HR. Company can fire you whenever it feels like it without giving you a notice.
