Pros
Depending on department, they allow hybrid work. Medium paced working environment (not too fast paced or too slow). Nice work spaces as they’re obviously a furnitures company (top of the line chair, nice desk etc).
Cons
Push the ”entrepreneurial” culture which sometimes just means lack of support from management, lack of structure, and lack of following processes
