One of the few jobs where you can screw up like a weatherman, and not be fired for it. Job security for life, even if it's more than you can handle. With only 25 employees, eveyone is needed.
Cons
The President and Founder will tell you how you should do your job, because he knows everything. He's a 70+ Year old Grumpy EE that thinks he's a Software Developer, Salesman, Operation Manager, Hardware Expert etc. He trolls on customer calls, then mutes the line so he can tell the team what they should say or do. He does this because he is not man enough to admit being on the call, as he fears that it will kill the illusion of his company being bigger than it is. People know how small it is, it's no secret. You can tell when the president gets in between 10:30 and 11:00, as the sound of life being sucked out of the building is deafening!
