      1. Amazing team of individuals having clear vision 2. No idea is a crazy idea here 3. Staff has a voice and its heard Great people at all levels of the company, joining Teknol is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other. There are interesting projects to work on and no day is same or monotonous!

      Cons

      CEO keeps on changing his mind, will give you tasks with very short notice CEO lets you do this thing and then, suddenly asks you why are you doing this? CEO ask you to learn something then will ask you why are you studying this?
