Pros
Excellent entry level positions for those interested in breaking into the IT field. Exposure to different systems and clients fosters intellectual versatility. Helpful peers (particularly field engineers and project management). Owners/senior management cares for employees and respects their concerns, and does attempt to accommodate them in accordance with company resources.
Cons
1 year of employment needed before generating any PTO and investing in company 401k, which is perhaps too rigid. Sometimes difficult to coordinate with overseas remote team. While company encourages skills development, there are few resources they offer to help develop talent. Skills development will come mostly through the variety of work from different clients with different IT needs.
