Pros

There are many opportunities to make an impact. Employees are encouraged to take risks and work autonomously. Employees work directly with management to identify areas of weakness and make active contributions to improving them. Additionally, the company has a friendly team-centered culture. We have company sponsored events, and most employees are friends outside of work.

Cons

The company is not fully developed. There are some processes that are still being figured out and don't run smoothly yet.

Pros

Working as a Manager at Tekscape has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly empowers its leaders to grow and innovate, with a clear strategic direction focused on cutting-edge IT solutions like cybersecurity, cloud computing, and AI-driven productivity tools. I've had the autonomy to lead challenging projects that directly impact client success, and the support from upper management is outstanding—they're approachable, ethical, and invested in our professional development. The culture is collaborative and family-oriented, with flexible schedules that allow me to balance work and life effectively. Perks like company events, snacks, and even bring-your-dog-to-work days make the environment fun and engaging. Tekscape's commitment to innovation and client-centric growth opens up exciting paths for managers, from advancing in leadership roles to shaping the future of digital transformation. I feel supported in my career trajectory and proud to be part of a team that's always evolving.

Cons

None that significantly detract from the positive experience—occasional fast-paced demands are par for the course in IT, but the rewards far outweigh them.
