Pros
Good career opportunities, great people to work with and work for, rewarded for going above and beyond, good technical training resources, very experienced mentors available, managers that help plan a career, community service opportunities, good work life balance, sports available at lunch, great campus compared to most places, and teams celebrate success.
Cons
Facilities are undergoing updates but that is also a plus. Just like any job there are a few people who aren't going to be happy anywhere.
