Cons
- Continuous cost reduction leads to good people getting let go and "brain trust" of the company leaving. Many people don't like the current President Amir. - Extremely aggressive targets for sale people make it hard to make quota - Lack of investment in R&D has led to a portfolio that is making it more and more difficult to win against the competitors - Appears they are putting all their energy into acquiring companies instead of organic investment (ie. RF products) - President doesn't care if sales people leave for another company, believes we will replace them with someone making less money.
