The products are pretty awesome: Cargo Handling and Aerial Delivery systems for aircraft, which are used by many big companies we have heard of: Amazon, FedEx, UPS, Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed. They also support the United States Military as well as the military of our allies across the world. ..so what U.S. Cargo does actually matters.. Its a fairly smaller sized company < 100 people, which means you can make a difference when you work there. It's part of a major corporation that provides the stability and longevity that enables career growth. Career growth opportunities are impressive. They litterly have a map for every position that shows how high/far you can go... all the way to President!!

This is a very litigious environment. They were understaffed, but were rebuilding. There is high turnover, but efforts were being made to change. The parent company has a philosophy and metrics that squeeze people and processes until they break. Then they will invest in systems. It is a reactive culture that is in a rebuilding cycle.
