Thank you so much for taking the time to write such kind words! And I couldn't agree more that we have some of the smartest people in the industry working with us. We know people have opportunities to work with great companies and we couldn't be happier when people choose to come work with us.
I hear you about the Times Square location, and as you noted, we'll be moving downtown soon! We're keeping many of the items that made this office special and bringing them with us (beer keg, cold brew machine and ping pong table!) and adding a couple of new things that we think our employees will enjoy in our new space.
Appreciate the advice regarding promotions; I know the first question we ask when a role opens up is whether we have anyone internally who's ready for a next step. We've recently introduced job bands and levels to help our employees think about their career path.
As for giving our employees a voice, we continue to do that in monthly town halls, annual engagement surveys and monthly "bagels with the boss" (aka our CEO). I'm sure there are more ways for us to do more, so if you have any suggestions, please don't hesitate to let me know.
