Pros
As the AI Team is growing, the opportunity to grow with it is big. Being part of a small team really helps the work environment, and all opinions a chance to be considered. At least in the AI Department, the manager is always looking on how to elevate the team's talents.
Cons
Although the job descriptions says fully remote, some times it is required to be present in office.
