Pros
I worked at TRS for almost 5 years. Sometimes I ask myself how because being on the phones that long is crazy. Then I remember why. Working for Julie Is amazing. She makes sure her employees are taken care of. As the Owner of the company, she knows what she is doing. June is the President of the company. She is the definition of open door policy. I knew that if I had an issue, I could go to June if need be. They also have a good policy of promoting from within. I never saw positions get filled from outside the company unless there was just no one for the job. They really have a family atmosphere and they try to keep building everyone up.
Cons
There's no way to put this that isn't awkward. Being on the phones sucks. But it is slightly amusing. You do have a weekly "efficiency" to meet and you can get fired for not meeting that for a certain number of weeks. But the data sales provided us with usually was pretty good, so it wasn't too bad. But the con part is the getting yelled at, people swearing at you and hanging up on you. If you don't have thick skin, don't apply here. I
