Ok Job - Needs Improvement but - Customer Service Representative (CSR) TeleDirect Call Centers Employee Review

Reliable hours each week. All calls are scripted professionally. Great support from Team leaders and management. They care about employees and clients. I am amazed at how well this call center functions. I have worked in other call centers before, none compare to Teledirect for professionalism and support provided. If I have any trouble with a call, I can simply call the support line and ask for help.

None as of now. Attendance is strict but I understand that is why they are one of the top call centers.

I am happy to work for Teledirect. Reliable hours and flexible shifts. They do not cut hours. If at all, there are extra hours posted very often. My family has been able to have a consistent income. As long as you do your job and follow the rules, I would say this is the job you want. No layoffs either. This company has been around for a few decades. Nice management. Good team leaders too.

None as I do my job and follow the rules. I care about my attendance which is strict. But I think this is necessary.
