Horrible leadership.. Poor communication. Terrible poor client centered care. Horrible EHR system. Leadership hierarchy , being ignored, lied to, micromanaged, mistreated , spoken to like a child, disrespected, accused, discarded. On boarding is terrible, no accurate training, note templates not being curated by clinicians/actual therapists. No real solutions or help. Messages from clients not accurately being relayed. Poor transfer of care, never knowing who you’re going to see. Always being left in the dark. Not being heard/ listened to. This company is money driven. Care isn’t the first priority.. Numbers and money are.

Pros

Management really cares about the work they are doing and are very supportive. I had the chance to grow in my skills and learn new things about the healthcare industry as a newcomer. I had great comprehensive training during my onboarding and got to shadow others in the company. I was given clear goals and guidance on my role. I got to work with new technology and utilized skills applicable to my future career. There is a lot of exciting growth happening at the company. This company is a great place to work and I had a very positive experience!

Cons

Remote setting meant it was a bit harder to connect to others in the company.
