      Working with a tight-knit, supportive team where your voice is heard and collaboration is encouraged across departments like credentialing, licensing, clinical, and operations. I enjoy the flexibility of working hybrid while supporting a fast pace healthcare environment. While making my work life very balanced.

      Honestly, no cons for me right now. I feel supported, the work is meaningful, and I enjoy being part of a mission-driven, growing company.

      Pros

      Management really cares about the work they are doing and are very supportive. I had the chance to grow in my skills and learn new things about the healthcare industry as a newcomer. I had great comprehensive training during my onboarding and got to shadow others in the company. I was given clear goals and guidance on my role. I got to work with new technology and utilized skills applicable to my future career. There is a lot of exciting growth happening at the company. This company is a great place to work and I had a very positive experience!

      Remote setting meant it was a bit harder to connect to others in the company.
