      Terrible management, the CEO from Vienna is very delusional, has no idea what to do and how the things are done in the office in Belgrade.

      Leadership lacks a long-term vision, leading to unstable work conditions. Teams are opened and closed at random. All decisions come from the CEO alone, often made without consultation and implemented overnight. One day it’s one thing; the next, it’s something else. This makes the work environment challenging and creates a negative atmosphere.
