      Work from home hybrid situation

      Cons

      Horrible "team leaders". Horrible on boarding. They leave the new employee to themselves without good direction. Frustrating to work with. They don't care about their employees. Field crew, some racist. Have seen them make fun of other employees based on their race.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.

      Continue listening to employees and implementing changes employees want.
