Chaotic and unprofessional - Human Resources Teleflex Employee Review

When I was there the complaints about HR management were daily. I informed the upper management, and nothing was done. I was just told that management was a bit greener than they anticipated and they are being mentored. There were 3 plant managers in the span of 1 year and the changes made while significant everything remained broken and employees did not feel appreciated or engaged with.
