Pros
The company has some really great products. There is room for career growth along with opportunities to getout into the medical field. The company seems to be striving to increase their portfolio.
Cons
A lot of turnover in personnel, upper management seems out of touch with the overall morale of their employees. Upper management is very well compensated; however, the general worker gets little or no raise each year. There have been many reorganizations in the past 2 years, which disrupts teams, projects, and costs lots of time any money.
