Pros
Fancy new office building but the clicky managers and team-leads don't have a clue how to manage a team - they're just rolling in the monthly paycheck, take no responsibility for their own actions, don't support their team even when requested to do so and actually take credit for others' work! If you have any drive or ambition at all, don't go near the place.
Cons
You know what? Any eegit could get a job here. So don't be surprised if you get asked to do your colleague's work and not get a mention of thanks.
