After being 6yrs in Teleflex I would say working life in Teleflex is the best among company I work with before. we work not only like as colleague but even we feel like we are 1 family. 1 big family with we believe what ever we done we do it because we care and we love Teleflex. "Raise as One, Fall As One"
Cons
Almost all operator's and down line staff which work in shift pattern doesn't like very much on shift pattern in Kulim. For us 4/2 shift system not really suitable with current life of time. We spend more time in workplace and less time with family and it's hard to manage weekend activities because with this 4/2 system we only "meet" weekend once a month. :)
