The work is remote, at least. Good for a transitional period in your life or for a young person/student,
Cons
They ask you to try to milk money out of people dying of cancer, old folks with dementia, etc. and reprimand you or take hours away from you if you don't follow with these cruel policies all while being vague about how much money they take from the given donations and having extremely outdated technology that often barely works.
