Terrible micro-management culture - Online Marketing Telefónica Employee Review

Marketing employees are always under pressure which is artificially created by the senior management as if it were a midget company fighting for survival on the market, not a billion dollar enterprise. This is accompanied by an enormous amount of meetings starting in the early morning and lasting well into the evening. Highly political in all aspects; what matters here is how much noise you make on the meetings, not what and how you do. Extremely weak middle and senior management with a lot of self esteem and badly hidden disrespect towards their subordinates.
