If the company can bill the large inflows of money for the dedicated customer of the service, the company will pay you according to the customer If you are dedicated to a client and they abandon the service or stop being a dedicated client you risk losing your job. They have a big plataform to study several types of courses but the company will not support you about the cost of any certifications for tech at any kind Poor work/life balance, you need to be 24/7 or give a lot to the company to work and give results if you work in another country and require a visa they won't give the support to change your location.
