* Need to clock in and out even for lunch breaks which we're only a half hour
* Can't wear headphones at your desk to drown out the noise of all the robots rolling around
* Micro management was crazy here. People always looking over your shoulder
* Guilt trips when trying to take off of work
* No working from home, even during snow storms
