Pros
There are no pros. People you work with are nice not the management.
Cons
Poor management and communication — information is rarely shared, and employees are heavily micromanaged and constantly monitored. Strict time tracking — you’re expected to clock in and out to the minute, and every second of your time is scrutinized. Use of personal phones is discouraged — even glancing at your phone will draw criticism from management. Dress code is rigid — something as small as wearing a hat will be called out. The overall environment feels more like a school than a workplace, with management acting more like strict principals than leaders. Promises of benefits like "summer hours" come with strings attached — you’ll have to overwork just to earn the time off they say they’re offering. Every minute away from work feels like something you have to fight for. Would not recommend to anyone.
