Telemis, the harsh reality:
- The company makes buggy, old software (think Windows Me-ish).
- Toxic atmosphere. Colleagues easily stab you in the back when it suits them.
- Training: Non-existent, too expensive, and the staff isn't worth it anyway.
- Salaries below market rates and impossible to negotiate, even in the long term.
- So-So car with a very large company sticker on each side of it.
- Company cellphone non-existent.
- Oh, I almost forgot... the huge mountain of work that awaits you. Don't expect a cushy job, far from it. It never ends, and it's always the same problems that come up. No matter how many times you report them, they rarely get corrected... Because, why, if we can get away with it?
