- Recent changes in upper management have led to an extremely toxic and chaotic culture. A particular SVP has had numerous complaints filed against him, and nothing is done. He is building a culture of toxicity and chaos, and genuinely enjoys running people to the ground. 3-4 people on this team have left within 8 months of him joining the company. If you’re interviewing, make sure to ask about the turnover rate. Be careful of any job ads that include qualifications such as “ability to work overtime” or “ability to work weekends with short notice.” - No clear direction or vision for company; various teams are confused and do not know where the company is headed.
