      relaxed, easy going ability to self pace and learn as you go

      could use more structure, company is top down approach in order to be sucessful you need to be contributing to the bottom line

      All employees including upper management are easily accessible and promote asking questions and taking on responsibility. Very hands on work experience with time to create your own projects.

      Some down time here and there. although great opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and start your own projects.
